How refunds work

Airfare & fare rules

Each ticket is governed by the airline's fare rules. Many economy fares are non-refundable after purchase; others may allow changes/cancellations with fees and any fare difference. Our team will quote the rules before you commit.

24-hour "risk-free" window (when eligible)

For itineraries that touch the U.S. and are booked ≥7 days before departure, you may qualify for a 24-hour free cancellation under U.S. DOT rules (or an airline 24-hr hold) — we'll process it when applicable.

Airline cancellations / significant schedule changes

If an airline cancels your flight or makes a significant change and you decline the alternatives, you're generally entitled to a refund under U.S. rules. We'll facilitate the refund with the airline/GDS promptly.

Our service fees
  • Agency service fees (e.g., booking, support, after-sales handling) are non-refundable once service is rendered, except where required by law.
  • If a refund is approved by the airline, the refundable portion is the amount the airline returns minus any non-refundable agency fees already performed.
Changes & cancellations (customer-initiated)
  • Before ticketing: You may cancel at no cost.
  • After ticketing: Changes/cancellations follow airline fare rules and may incur airline fees + any fare difference + our post-ticketing support fee.
No-show

If you don't check in or miss your flight, most fares become non-refundable. Some airlines allow partial tax refunds — we'll request them if available.

Ancillary services

If you paid for ancillaries (seat, Wi-Fi, baggage) that were not provided, you may be eligible for a refund of those fees per airline policy. We'll assist with the claim.

Timing & method of refund

When a refund is due, we process it to your original form of payment. Typical timelines:

  • Card payments: within 7 business days of approval/funds receipt.
  • Other methods: within 20 calendar days.

Processing time ultimately depends on airline/GDS release of funds.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first — most issues resolve faster via refund or reissue per fare rules. Unwarranted chargebacks may delay legitimate refunds and can lead to account restrictions.
