Each ticket is governed by the airline's fare rules. Many economy fares are non-refundable after purchase; others may allow changes/cancellations with fees and any fare difference. Our team will quote the rules before you commit.
For itineraries that touch the U.S. and are booked ≥7 days before departure, you may qualify for a 24-hour free cancellation under U.S. DOT rules (or an airline 24-hr hold) — we'll process it when applicable.
If an airline cancels your flight or makes a significant change and you decline the alternatives, you're generally entitled to a refund under U.S. rules. We'll facilitate the refund with the airline/GDS promptly.
If you don't check in or miss your flight, most fares become non-refundable. Some airlines allow partial tax refunds — we'll request them if available.
If you paid for ancillaries (seat, Wi-Fi, baggage) that were not provided, you may be eligible for a refund of those fees per airline policy. We'll assist with the claim.
When a refund is due, we process it to your original form of payment. Typical timelines:
