Who we are

These Terms govern your use of FlyVnox (Vnox TravelTech Solutions LLC). By using our site or booking, you agree to these Terms.

Your responsibilities
  • You are 18+ and have authority to book.
  • You provide accurate passenger and payment details and verify passport/visa requirements.
  • You consent to us transmitting data to airlines and suppliers to fulfill your trip.
Our role

FlyVnox operates as a travel agency/OTA connecting you with airlines and other suppliers. Supplier rules (fare rules, conditions of carriage) apply to your ticket.

Prices & ticketing
  • Fares/taxes are not guaranteed until ticketed.
  • After purchase, fare rules govern changes/cancellations.
  • We may charge service fees for booking and after-sales support.
Changes, cancellations, refunds
  • Governed by airline fare rules and applicable laws.
  • If an airline cancels or makes a significant schedule change and you decline alternatives, you may be entitled to a refund; we'll assist promptly.
  • Our agency fees are generally non-refundable once services are rendered.
Payment & fraud

You authorize charges to your payment method for the full cost of travel and fees. We may cancel suspected fraudulent or unpaid bookings.

Travel requirements

You're responsible for visas, entry, health, and baggage compliance. We aren't liable for denial of boarding due to documentation or timing.

Service interruptions & events

We aren't responsible for events beyond our reasonable control (airline operational issues, weather, strikes, force majeure). We'll assist with supplier policies and rebooking where possible.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyVnox's liability is limited to the lesser of (i) USD $100 or (ii) the agency service fees you paid to us for the affected booking. We do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or injury where not permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold FlyVnox harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Venue for disputes is Mahoning County, Ohio.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the 'Last updated' date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
